Randolph Boys LaCrosse parents MUST review the health screener (See LINK Above) prior to sending their son to ALL lacrosse practices, games, or team events/gatherings. Please click the link above to review the COVID-19 Screener Form. Print then sign the form prior to your child's first practice and return to your team manager at first practice. Screener forms only need to be submitted once.
DO NOT SEND YOUR SON TO LACROSSE PRACTICE/GAME/EVENT IF HE IS NOT FEELING WELL, OR IS EXHIBITING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:
If he has a tempature of 100.4 degrees or higher (YES, PLEASE take his tempature each time)
If in the last 24 hours he has had any of the following symptoms: Cough, Sore Throat, Fever, Headache, Body or Muscle Aches, Shortness of Breath, or Loss of Taste or Smell
If anyone living in the same home as the player is currently exhibiting any of the above symptoms
If in the last 14 days he has been in close contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19
If in the last 7 days he has traveled out of state, he may be required to quarentine as per the NJ State Health Department policies in effect at the time of travel
In Addition:
Players, coaches and parents are to abide by the current CDC and State of NJ health guidlines
Players, coaches and parents must wear a mask while entering and departing the field area and in the spectator's area. Coaches, and players not dressed for the game, must wear masks at all times
Players, coaches and parents should maintain 6-feet of distance whenever possible
Players must not share water, equiptment or snacks
Players must avoid any unnecessary contact including but not limited to shaking hands, high fives, fist bumps, ect.
Whenever possible, players should arrive dressed and ready to play
Players should wash their hands thoroughly before and after each practice/game/event
Players are encouraged to bring sanitizing gel and use it periodically during practice/game/event
